Thank you for shopping at Ashley's Blankets. We want you to love your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully.

No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer monetary refunds on any purchases.  Store credit and exchanges are available.

Exchanges

We do accept exchanges within 30 days of your purchase date. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact us at info@ashleysblankets.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and the reason for the exchange.
  3. We will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship your replacement.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items purchased during final sale promotions.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your exchange.
